Today I went out and suited up for a run. I have been tried and very grumpy as of late. I went out for a cold run it was 27degrees out, but it was bearable for a short run. I went 1.26 miles. It was my first run in Silver-lake. I found a perty good route with soem small hills. it is a run that I could run both ways and it woudl be effective. My pace was 9;06 a mile. Don't tell Howett but I might catch his pace in only a couple of runs. although My heart rate was an issue, i spen all of my time in zone 5, i need to bring that down to zone 3 / 4. My route below.
